Patients who have undergone other exfoliative skin rejuvenation or taken retinoic acid in the past three months are not

Dot Matrix Mode Operation Process
Treatment items: facial rejuvenation, anti-aging, acne scars, enlarged pores, age spots, body stretch marks, growth marks.
Facial or body cleansing
Based on the basic facial condition of the customer, makeup removal and facial cleansing can be performed. If the customer’s
skin is oily and has clogged pores, deep skin cleansing can be performed to avoid acne after CO2 treatment.
For dry skin, it is recommended to perform deep hydration before surgery to avoid CO2 affecting skin metabolism after surgery.
Apply anesthesia to the treatment area
Clean the treatment area thoroughly and apply epidermal anesthesia on the back. Before applying anesthesia, conduct a
sensitivity test (apply behind the ear for 20 minutes) and apply anesthesia on the face for 30-40 minutes.
Disinfection of treatment site
After the anesthesia is removed, it needs to be disinfected. Prepare medical gauze, physiological saline, and iodine for disinfection.
Soak 2-4 pieces of gauze in iodine and wipe the treated area for disinfection.
Soak 6-8 pieces of gauze in physiological saline and wipe the treated area to remove iodine until there is no iodine color on the
treated area.
Wait for the face to be completely dry before starting treatment.
Instrument parameter adjustment
Choose the dot matrix mode for the treatment mode The recommended graphic selection is square, and the recommended
scanning order is out of order. The energy should be between 3-6, with a point spacing of 0.8-1 mm and a row spacing of 0.8-1 mm.
Precautions for operation
During the treatment process, adjust the energy according to the skin problem. If the customer only treats uneven facial skin
tone and enlarged pores, adjust the energy normally. Facial treatment for acne scars, normal skin areas can be operated
normally, and the area of acne scars can be strengthened with energy therapy, which will increase the postoperative effect of
acne scars. The treatment site can only be operated onceand cannot be overlaid.
(Stretch marks, growth marks) Follow the same procedure as above.
Immediate postoperative care
Within 4-6 hours after surgery, applying EGF epidermal growth factor or FGF dermal growth factor can effectively assist in the
treatment of enlarged pores, acne scars and marks, or combined with whitening and repair products such as VC and glutathione.
Apply anti-inflammatory essence to relieve postoperative discomfort and accelerate the metabolism of inflammatory factors.
Apply medical cold compress patches and ice for 20-30 minutes to alleviate postoperative skin swelling reactions.
